    We offered our VISTAs a networking workshop that included a World Cafe and they found the interactions and conversations to be very helpful. We used the World Cafe to discuss some deep root issues relevant to their work as VISTAs. The attached Table Host handout describes the role of the table host, explains how to facilitate the small group discussion and outlines the process for moving to other tables.
